We will provide a Domiciliary Service in a Person Centred way tailored to the needs of the individual for:

Children and their Families

Adults aged between 18 years and over, with:

Learning Disabilities
Physical Disabilities
Sensory Loss/Impairment
Mental Health

Support with accessing medical appointments

Providing resources to facilitate self advocacy
Or anything that is important and needed by the individual.

Home Help service is also available that could include support with cleaning, cooking, shopping,washing, attending hospital or GP appointments or any other areas where support is required.
